Our team consists of Project Managers, Supervisors, Leading Hands, a Health, Safety, and Environmental Officer, and Quality Assurance staff, all supported by a skilled administrative team and strong management.  

At I&C, we are proud of our workforce that upholds the reliability and skill level our industry demands, while continually developing our team’s expertise for future projects. Our personnel bring experience, skill, and value to each project.

We nature our ‘home grown’ talent, by continuously supporting the local community in Gladstone, I&C engages apprentices each year to embark upon an Electrical Apprenticeship. A number of our former apprentices have grown with us, building their entire careers here and are rising to become leaders within our company.
